Fed-up of bad treatment and money owed claims

I was handed over to Prosperitas Debt collectors for outstanding school fees. I was contacted by Prosperitas and settled them and got my paid up letters. I did not miss any school fees payments for 2022. I was contacted yesterday and informed that I owe R7100.00. Where does this come from? When were these payments missed? Am I being targeted? Is someone *****ing school fees? I called Meyerspark and was met with the usual "system offline" *******. Your service is disgusting and your system is constantly offline. Choose a struggle. To date, I have not received an answer from either Prosperitas or Meyerspark. Neither of them will be receiving a cent from me either way.
