Racial ************** against Minor and an Elderly Woman

My elderly mother and son were verbally abused by security in the estate and nothing was done about it. They do not have a formal internal process to deal with incidents that are racially biased. No statement nor apology was made for this incident and the estate manager refuses to respond to my lawyers concerning evidence of the incident, neither is he co operating for requested information for a case to be persuade.

I love the area and have lived here for years however I fear for my life knowing that security within the estate have resorted to attacking a minor and an elderly woman. I will not tolerate such behavior.
