Worst place to service trucks or get quotes

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, I went in for a quote for one of my trucks, the gentlemen who assisted me as no customer care ethics, he's rude and sit on phone calls and having fat chats with others while I sat there for more than an hour waiting for my quote, please note the place was empty, if it was full I would understand, I went to ask him why so long and he ends up giving me attitude. I will never service my truck at a place like this that can't treat their customers with respect.
