uMtata workshop is the worst

This is the worst Meyers i have ever taken my car to and I regret it. Worst customer service, it's like they were told to never put themselves in the client's shoes. I towed my car there due to a breakdown, I had to complain before I could get the lady to contact the insurance which unsurprisingly was not keen to pay the cost of the damage. I was approved for a R7K payout, the total cost of the damage was R119K. The insurance said they needed an invoice to make the payout. Of course i do not have R100k to spare so I have to fix the car somewhere affordable. I ask them if i can order some of the parts that are on the quote to make up for the R7K that the insurer has approved. They said NO, I can not do that, it needs to be the entire amount. I say to them, I don't have r100k but I will order some of the quoted parts with the money from the insurance while I figure out how am i going to get the car fixed. I can not understand how because the money is there already. They were not willing to assist me, and I thought this was the simplest thing to do. Seemingly they just need the money and are not willing to meet clients halfway even when I tell them that I am going to take the car because I do not have money, but I have r7k from insurance which they won't pay into my account unless there is an invoice from them for that amount. They would not budge. I have always taken my car to east london during Angeliques days, and trust me that lady was the best, she always had the clients interests at heart and you would think all meyers will offer similar service. I was not asking them to give me the parts for free, but i simply asked them to order some quoted parts to make up the R7K and that i can claim from insurance.
