Pathetic service

<p>I booked my car for a service and i was given 9th June 2016. I arrived at 07h40 and left the workshop just before 8am with their shuttle service. The service advisor called me at 10h43 to authorise the work to be done. I waited for her call confirming that my car is finished up until 15h30, nothing. When i eventually got to the workshop to fetch my car at 15h50, my car was still not done, i waited until 17h00. I was very angry when i left the workshop, now i makes sense to me why my colleagues decide to take their cars for service as far as 230 -250 kms to East London and Kokstad just to have a piece of mind with thier cars. I will never use Meyers Umtata again and even recommend them to my friends and colleagues.</p>
