MISLED

On the 14/09/2015 at 7:59 AM, I made a call to book for a 60 00 km service. The booking was for the 17/09/2015. I informed the lady who helped me that the mileage is still at 54 000 but my service warranty expires on the 17/09/2015. I then asked her if I should bring the car. She said I should bring it at 7:15 AM. On arrival I was informed that they cannot service the car as the mileage was still low (at 53991 at the time).I drove all the way from Mthatha (about 600 km,to and fro)to East London only to be turned back for something I asked before making and confirming the booking
