Meyers Questionable service, the good and the bad.
My wife took our Opel Meriva to Meyers Motors East London for service on November 27, 2023, and the service I received from the workshop leaves much to be desired. However, credit must be given to the front desk staff and those who answer phones at both Meyers East London and Umtata. I find them to be professional and provide excellent customer service. Thank you, ladies. I believe the ladies' names are Rochelle in East London and Nikiwe in Umtata.
My wife had a very bad experience that almost put her life at risk during this Month of International 16 Days of Activism for No Violence Against Women and Children. I took up the matter with the manager, and I will write a full review after Meyers's manager has looked into the issue. It is high time we fight these big companies legally as well when they wrong us.

Upon inspection of your Opel, our team of trained technicians strongly advised that the engine to your Opel requires urgent repairs and should not be driven. It has been reported that your vehicle was then collected against our recommendation. Our Workshop manager has been in communication with you regarding the failure to the engine and as agreed, the vehicle will be collected for further inspection on Monday, 11th December.
