Meyers Motors dealership where assets are devalued by far!

I brought in my 2014 Chevrolet Captiva for a 45k km service yesterday morning. At 16h45 I received a call from Santana who helped me with paperwork in the morning as she wanted to know how far I was. I told her that I was coming from out of town thus I would delay in getting to their workshop by 5pm. She further indicated that she had an appointment after 5pm and if I don't get there sooner I will get the car on Monday thus I reassured her that I would get there by 5pm.

When my partner and I got there at 5pm, the car was not anywhere in front of reception area. She called the workshop and no one picked up. She then suggested to us that she will collect the car herself and this she did. Santana opened the driver's side and handed us the key which was on the windscreen. Everyone was leaving at this stage and off we went and my partner drove the car to our place which is not far from the CBD area as I drove his car behind him. This morning I wanted to go to watch a game at a child's school when we were greeted by the damage on the passenger's side of my car which was never there when I took my car in yesterday to Meyers workshop. This is the 2nd time my car comes out from service with a glaring problem. The last time this happened I noticed the dent on the driver's side and reported it, the car was taken taken to panel beaters and I was promised that this would never happen again. This has happened again and this time the damage is hirandous and is a sign of total disregard for people's assets. There is evidence of pure negligence from the staff working at the workshop. I called Meyers this morning as I wanted to bring the car in to show what had happened however a Michelle said that the service department is closed over the weekends. It should be known tha I love and value my car and take immaculate care of it....it makes me extremely angry that my car was devalued in this manner . To top it up it is also with great disappointment to note that the 30k km service done in my car was never recorded in my service book. This has been noted when checking whether the 45k km done yesterday was recorded and I have discovered that the 30k km service was never recorded. I am demanding responses as to why this was not done and also I want reasons why I should worry when taking my car in for a service. I'm once again convinced that there is no proper care paid to the work conducted ay Meyers Motors especially to my valuable asset that is still new! I want my car fixed, period!!!!!
