Meyers doesn't care about people

It was my first time servicing my car at Meyers, their service is very bad starting from the cleaners who doesn't greet to the driver who is unfriendly I don't even know his voice. During the car service I wanted to go to the Vincent park mall to exchange my child's clothes, I called them to be taken back to Beacon bay since I'm done at the mall during 11 o'clock. I have been waiting there from 11 till 4 o'clock in the cold windy weather, when the driver arrive there was no explanation why they took so long. The driver kept quiet no apology. The only person who was friendly and nicer is Khulani. What is worse there's is no taxi going to that side because I could have used it instead of waiting of unreliable shuttle.
