Meyer Motors in Mthatha are up to no good with my car

The worst service ever, Meyer motors received my car on the 2nd January 2025, after Opel warranty appointed them to check what's wrong with the car, they diagnosed it on the same day that the starter is dead, and informed me telephonically that they will need to order the starter from Japan which might take 3 months before it arrives in South Africa, problems started when I requested that every communication including diagnosis report, ordering of needed part and costs thereof to be communicated in black and white via email NOT telephonically. Meyer Motors agents acted confused as to what was I requesting, We went back forth until I asked for the assistance from Opel upon which an Opel agent told me that they denied saying I will have my car after 3 months, Opel then requested that Meyer motors to provide ORDER NUMBER for the ordered parts so that they (OPEL) can communicate to me estimated arrival of the ordered parts for my car, Meyer Motors instead of providing Opel with the order number decided to call me on Monday the 13th to tell me they have heard my request of black and white communication, they will do that before end of day as they are still waiting for Opel to provide them with ETA, the same ETA that Opel depends on Meyer Motors providing the order number for them to be able punch it in their system and get ETA.
