Terrible Customer Service and Zero Communication
I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Mevrou & Co. I have sent multiple emails, lodged a complaint through their website, and even tried contacting them via Facebook, yet I have received absolutely no response. All I wanted to do was make a change to my order, but it seems impossible to get hold of anyone. The lack of communication is unacceptable. Customers deserve to at least receive an acknowledgement or an update, but in my experience there has been complete silence. Very pathetic customer service and a frustrating experience overall. I would not recommend a company that ignores its customers when they need assistance. I sincerely hope someone from Mevrou & Co finally responds and starts taking customer service seriously.
