Refund
1. Wife was in labour. Arrived at hospital, unfortunately forgot funds at home. I was advised no service will be rended until payment is made. I had to drive 30 km to get funds. 2. Payment was made, service proceeded. Payment was for a C Section. The delivery was natural resulting in a refund. 3. Wife was discharged on the 11 August 2026. We completed refund document and were advised it would be 10 days working days. 4. I reached out to Muelmed as funds has not reflected. I then was advised by Kyle Pillay (via e-mail) that signatures on invoice and refund slip do not align. Both signatures are mine! 5. Ofay was advised by Kyle Pillay after I had to reach out AGAIN that refund was declined. Bear in mind, this was never communicated. It is now we’ll pass the 10 working days advised 6. No accountability but back and forth! I’m now advised that it would take 22 working days! 7. This is after we were previous advised that it’s 10 working days. After being delayed, now we advised it will take another 21 working days! This is after I requested it be experdited! 8. Very appalled by the service from the finance department. It is extremely disappointing as we had a choice of hospitals but we chose Muelmed which was 15km away from home! 9. Excellent service from the Nirse on duty. Top tier!

Bullying of staff members by management and unti managers
Management of the hospital bully staff members.if you go and report it the HR Stands with unit manager and they protect her. They’re not allow to take tea break and lunch time every day .they must be on their feet for 12hours no break the unit manager of casualty she is ruthless. She treats her staff members like animals. By labour law they’re allowed to take lunch because it is paid for. Staff members are always resigning every month due to ill treatment, 30 people people have resigned in 3 months.. majority it’s because of the horrible treatment they’re subjected too . The hospital has 3,9 rating . Which already it is not good
