Overcharge and *****

<p>Good evening.</p> <p>Please help. The municipality of metsimaholo continues to add charges unknown and unaccounted for. When we try to pay off the high amount raised in our account , the amount to be paid gets to be raised beyond our ability to pay. This sounds more like the municipality is creating an opportunity to take our house. The account is in THE Mokoena'so name. Currently they have turned the lights off. On month to month basis, they add the reconnection fee with lights off. In junerror they charged us R4000 for water only. This amount adds on the monthly reconnection fee with lights that are off. We are willing to pay the account, but it seems as if we are throwing our money into a big hole. Making someone rich or someone accomplish a plan to take our house.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>We need them to give a full statement or account on how the expected about to be paid has accumulated and wish to open a civil case.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Currently the amount payable is R134 967</p>
