Metsimaholo Municipality cannot be contacted and no monthly electronic statement capability

The municipality cannot be contacted at all. None of the email address that they provide on the web site comes back with a response. The call center is always engaged and one can never get through.

They have no monthly electronic statement capability. I have tried getting my statements via email every month, but they simply can't do it.

So the bottom line is that I struggle to get my outstanding balance from them to make a payment. It's almost impossible.
