Metsimaholo Municipality

Metsimaholo Municipality are permanently offline. I don't receive my accounts. They are deducting money from the previous owner 's account that is in credit and I am paying my account, getting the amounts by phoning the municipality. So they are getting double the money for one house. I want a pre-paid meter which they don't have stock.
