METSIMAHOLO ACCOUNT

Yesterday, I told Mr Mokoena I phone Metsimaholo and give them my meter readings or I send it via email. He told me that the people I gave the meter readings are not the ones working with it in the finance office. My question then: why do they take the meter readings from us as consumers.
