disapointed

i have been saving money with this company for over 2 years noe tgey have been debiting my account for the amount of R440 monthly but i went into the branch today to check my investment to my suprice they confirm that my balance is R3000 that i have inversted, what a disappointment from a big company like this which i trusted with my my money and the future of my children.
