wrong debited date, messed my bank records
Hi,
Can you please confirm why you raised a debit on 23rd when my debit date is on 25th? Now I have returned debit bad record with my because of your stupidity? I have never missed a premium since I took out the policy and now you do this, can you make sure the returned debit is removed at standard bank and if there is bank charge for the unmet debit, pay it or I will take further steps. You really spoiled my day nxa
Urgently resubmit the premium for September today, I am not interested in your excuses,
Where am I supposed to get money on the 23rd when I get paid on the 25th?
