Worst Service ever

I took a long term investment via a phone with an agent of which the terms and conditions that I received in writing via post was a total opposite of what she send me before I agree. I decided to terminate the agreement after 5 premiums of R1000 per month, of which I only got R2854. 68 on Saturday. I tried communicating with the institution to get clarity, but till today I have not received any response from them. From the start of the whole process I was the one who had to follow up on everything. 1. I requested to cancel the policy, I got an email of surender form of which I had to send together with personal documents. 2. I emailed the document, I did not get any correspondence regarding my application, until I made an enquiry that was when I was informed that the attached copy of an ID was not certified by a commissioner of oath. 3. I send another copy of ID, never got correspondence until I had to enquire and I received an email stating that my application is in process I will get money within 48 hours. 4. I got money in less than that time but more than 40% of my premium was withheld by the institution. I sent an email, a complain on the website without any response from them. Overall the service was bad from the marketing agent until now, the only thing they did right was to pay me within 48 hours of which it doesn't count because I was given less than 60% of my money without any explanation.
