Worst service ever

<p>I never thought this is the service that we will get from Metropolitan pathetically and shameful, Death Claim was submitted on the 10th of Aug 2016 up to date, it has not been paid. We had to make other means of getting money that was paid monthly by stop order. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE ITS THE WORTS</p>
