Worst Company Ever

I have requested cancelation of my policy in July and to date it hasn't been canceled. In April consultant by the Name of Mr Motsapi (Phuthaditjhaba Branch) helped me to take a policy and when he got to the office to capture, he increased my policy without my concern. I've submitted all the relevant documents for cancelation and for refund but to date Metropolitan is still deducting my money. I've been going up and out at the branch but I'm not getting any assistance. Even the lady by the name of Regina Moloi is playing hide and seek. In October early i received a call telling me that i should expect my refund in 24hrs but my money was never refunded till now. This company is such a disgrace. I dont recommend it at all.
