Worse service ever received

<p>i have had it with Metropolitan i have been calling since Monday for my tax certificate, even went online and requested the certificate and still i have not received anything. You guys are ready to take my money but when its time for you to deliver its an issues - if its a problem to issue the certificate then why are you taking my money? 3rd degree questions for a stupid cerificate</p>
