We acknowledge receipt of your complaint on HelloPeter.
We always strive to serve all our clients well and regret reading that you are disappointed upon realizing that a policy is restricted to allow only one withdrawal and one loan in the restriction period.
We confirm that restrictions are regulatory in nature (imposed by the Long Term Insurance Act) and all insurers have to abide by them.
We inform our clients of restrictions throughout the life cycle of the policy:
One of our Escalation Specialists will investigate and revert back to you with proof of when you were informed of restrictions.
