What was a policy for a dream bacame a policy with nightmares!

<p>I took out a savings plan 5 years ago was very exited to see that the debit orders stopped in November 2016 which means the policy matured was shocked to hear it takes 5 years to calculate the payments end because i borrowed on this policy there was a lot to calculate. Even more shicked to get the letter of the calculations and saw that the sums does not make sense at all it seems that all the premiums is not even taken in effect end no interest was earned? I am so dissapointed in Metropolitan and the worst part is before I knew all this I took out another policy for the next 5 years wich I think I must cancel because this is just not working for me....My colleague also took out a policy but decided to cancel it as well she is still waiting for her money too after she did everything they asked her to do. What was a policy for dreams became a policy with nightmares in every sense of the word! O yes and it doesnt help phoning them they are not very helpful just say it takes two weeks it seems to be there favourite saying!</p>
