Vryheid Branch poor services
Parent went to Vryheid branch to submit the claim and she was told that they can't pay out since the policy was not opened by them. she needs to phone the salesperson that assisted with the policy. bae in mind that we need to do funeral arrangement but the still even now deduct the policy premium.
