Very unreliable, they are a **** they do not provide proper feedback
Very unreliable, they are a **** they do not provide proper feedback. They will close off a policy and say it lapsed but still have the premiums go off month to month and when it's time to pay one must sweat and even learn to curse. I've since sent a query on one of my policies from the 16th of April followed by countless follow up calls but I still haven't received any feedback.
