Thank you Alletta for being so efficient,helpful and for responding so promptly and you had lots of patience,there must be more like you in that call center.And thank you for Ghaliep the IT guy who tried all alternative nrs and got a hold of me on my husband cell.your collections staff could learn some qualities from you..the reason why I say that is because you got a hold of me on a alternative number where the collections team could not ,but then again it shows how they value their job and is not passionate in what they do..thank you once again guys for your hard work and going not even the extra mile but out of your way...Mrs .Dos Santos
