Utterly bad client service

My policy are usually deducted on the 27th of every month as per my salary payment. My paydate moved to the end of the month. I tried to make arrangements for my policy to be deducted on the first of every month to prevent arrears from occurring, but it was not sorted. I ended up, making an eft on my phone using my banking app on 1/4/23 after one of the consultants finally contacted me with instructions and the link for said payment. I then followed up on the payment on the 3rd of April to which I was informed it is not reflecting yet on my account. On the eve of 3/4/23, the same policy was deducted twice again, where one bounced as I simply did not any more funds in my account. I have sent numerous emails, calls but till date, my money that was debited has not been refunded! The 1st person I spoke with told me the reason they deducted twice was I because I am 2 months in arrears. I am not. My debit was supposed to go off onto the 27th, and I paid bounced amount promptly on the 1st of April, the moment my salary was paid into my account! So I was not even a week in a arrears, let alone 2 months.. When I corrected her, she then wanted to claim, that they deducted for end of March and the beginning of April for the month of April one time. I said no, I didn't permit anyone to make that transaction as the money taken from my account was meant for my car insurance which till date has not been paid, as I am waiting for Metropolitan to refund my money. And I shudder to think if I am involved in a mva, who is going to sort that mess out, or take responsibility! So I have sent them numerous emails, also with initial payment done on the 1st April, and the 2 deductions made by them on the 3rd of April of which the last one bounced, with a bank statement reflecting all the transactions made. I had to buy atm, data, and print and email statements of which I had to bear the cost for a mistake they made.
