UNPROFESSIONAL!
Horrible service! Lack of professionalism! Inconsistent! When they need business from you, you sign documents, same applies when you need what is due to you. Implementation time,their service it is like you now a dog. They just throw it with no covering letter similar to those clauses you were provided. You do not even know the criteria they used to reach the figure they used. Above all a mere "Thank you"
