Unpaid Metropolitan Policy Cancellation refund

I'm highly disappointed with metropolitan in January I submitted a policy cancellation at the branch and managed to get a printout from the branch that proves that,even after several complains money was still deducted via stop order now surprisingly today I do a follow up regarding my refunds I'm told the policy is only cancelled from the 30 March 2021 because I wrote a letter that clearly states and with proof that I submitted a cancellation on the 22 of January. This has caused nothing but financial loss and stress as running from pillar to post without getting my refund. Now stop oder is cancelled but I'm not getting any refund for my 2x650 even when everything was done in time with all the required documents. For the years I have spent being a loyal client to them and even referring my close friends and relatives I don't deserve such treatment they only care if sign up a policy beside that they don't care. I'm clearly canceling all my policies and plans. I had so much trust in them but now I see they are unreliable so disappointed.
