Unpaid death claim

I made a death claim for my late father who passed on the 5/12/2024 and metropolitan declined it. 1. The policy I'm claiming from, started on 2020 , my father was a policy holder and I was the policy payer. 2. I made death claim from the very same policy for my late mother and metropolitan paid out. 3. To show that there's nothing wrong with the policy, I was advised I should've removed myself as beneficiary immediately after I was dismissed because now my ID is red flagging. 4. If metropolitan doesn't want to pay my claim, it should at least pay back my monthly contributions. 5. I've dealt with death claims whereby policy holder and premium payer are two different people at metropolitan and metropolitan paidout like they did with my mother's death claim. And scheme code I used for the policy it's an open scheme code for people who doesn't have union. 5. Metropolitan should treat me like every client not a *****star.
