Someone decided to use my banking details on a policy they took out with Metropolitan Life, I called the consultant letting them know to cancel that policy or change banking details. Now what I actually want to figure out is how are my banking details used without my consent in the form of my signature? Take note I alerted this specific consultant within 30days of the actual policy being taken out but because of sheer desperation of clients they decided to go ahead with processing. This is definitely not how you get clients or how you make sure you meet your deadline. If this policy is not cancelled, I'll take further steps to discredit your business methods.
