Unknown deduction
They deducted money and state i have a policy with them,whereas I was NEVER contacted.

We take your allegations very seriously and have a zero-tolerance approach when dealing with ***** and require the following to investigate such a matter:

We take your allegations very seriously and have a zero-tolerance approach when dealing with ***** and require the following to investigate such a matter:
- an affidavit from the client confirming they never signed for the plan
- proof of the deduction
- a certified copy of the client's ID with 3 specimen signatures done on the document in the presence of the certifying commissioner of oaths
- proof of bank account details, in the event that the ***** allegation is substantiated and we need to refund premiums
