I hav put in a claim for my late husband policy in may til today they have not pay out instead they keep on requesting documents pieces and pieces of documents to me they think im not going to provide and they keep da money. Im warning other people about metropolitan when u die your loved one wil battle to claim BIGUP to Sanlam I have put up a claim also in may submitted al docs and its was paid within a month always giving feedback their freindliness an keeping u on the loop. Very disappointed with this poor service may be they do not want to pay my husband's money they want to keep it for themselves
