Unfair business practise.

Hello there. I have to share with you the experience I had with metropolitan insurance company. I resigned last year at my workplace and I did not want my provident fund to be transferred directly into my Nedbank savings account. I then went to metropolitan brits to ask for an advice on how to open savings account where my provident fund from Alexander Forbes can be transferred into where I can split it into savings and investment account with the insurance company. When I arrived I was told the consultant Sam Mthimunye was not available he went to rustenburg and that they will pass the message to him. I never met Sam Mthimunye because i went for the second time at metropolitan brits i was told he travelled home and that he did not come to work that day. I kept communicating with Sam Mthimunye who works at metropolitan brits only on the email. Sam Mthimunye then sent me an email attachment with a policy number, explaining on the email that he opened that account so that i can give the employer to give Alexander Forbes to transfer the money into the account. Months passed by until I could not get proper explanation of what was happening whether the money was being transferred into the new account at metropolitan. I then contacted head office metropolitan and i spoke to Sandra Durant. I explained everything to Sandra Durant. She then appointed New consultant to come and assist me since the money was already in metropolitan account. Mr Mogara was then the new consultant to come and assist me. He then contacted to come and meet me wherever I was. We met and he explained to me that he is replacing Sam Mthimunye since he was unable to assist me open the account. Mr Mogara had documents with him for me to complete. He explained to me that Sam Mthimunye was newly appointed on his position and should have asked for help if He didn't know how to assist me. I explained to the new consultant that I resigned from work and wanted to transfer my money into metropolitan for savings and investment. I completed forms where we looked for a fax machine around the area. We couldn't find the fax machine around he then decided we drive to metropolitan mabopane to fax documents to Sandra Durant at head office cape town. We found the fax machine not working at metropolitan mabopane we then drove to central city shopping centre to look for an internet cafe. We then faxed. I received money after few days. My problem is that I resigned from work to focus on my studies full time in order to complete my degree. I explained to both the consultants that am transferring my money to metropolitan insurance company so to open savings and investment accounts. Knowing I won't be getting an income since I have resigned from work, so I will need money from the savings account to pay the house car utilities accounts. Am surprised when I need access to my funds Am told I cannot make another withdrawal from the account. I contacted head office to explain that my reason for transferring money from Alexander Forbes into metropolitan was to save and invest some. I cannot invest all the money knowing am not getting an income I must pay for that house car and all other accounts I have. Until now I have never been assisted and the car company and bank wants to repossess the car and the house at the end of the month . Where is justice and truth in all this? I have a 5 year old daughter who depends on me. Where will we go and what will happen when the car is repossessed whereas I explained myself from the beginning when i first contacted metropolitan brits that I want to save and invest the money that was transferred to them from Alexander Forbes ?
