********* conduct

Please enlighten me what do you mean when you say the policy has lapsed when you (1) Indicated that the policy number has changed and the benefits still remain the same. (2) When I understand that the policy only lapses only if you miss 3months premiums which was not the case with me. (3) When I realised that I have missed 2premiums, I called and asked the consultant I was dealing with, to deduct 2months premium with the 3rd all at once to avoid lapsing but she refused and coersed me to take a new one but I refused I said I want the current one to continue or be reinstated. (4)So if my policy has lapsed why is metropolitan still deducting money from my bank account. (5)The policy that I took for my granddaughter and her mother has not lapsed before, so why is it also stopped/ not reinstated. This is financial abuse because I have been paying for the policy for more than 10 years and my money just goes into the drain, which is Metropolitan's pockets without me benefiting. It's either I get all my premiums back I have been paying since 2006 or the policy get reinstated effective immediately. I also still want my refunds for the deductions made from September- November 2020.
