uncultured personnel

Ms Tsawe insulted and ridiculed me for merely questioning the abnormal terms and conditions (which was not agreed to) in my policy. The insurance refuses to refund me despite countless attempts to find an amicable solution and instead i have suffered insults by Ms Tsawe who has poor client service s****s. My policy number is ********** 900. I have reported the matter to the head office and it has been two months already without having received assistance.
