Unauthorized policy follow up
I submitted a claim of an unauthorized policy that was deducting on my payslip in June, till date I have not been refunded and I have not received any update, this policy is still deducting on my salary. I have lost my patience of doing the follow ups cause sometimes my my calls are not picked up. I was told they are still investigating the matter a long time ago until now. It's about time one takes the legal action.
