*****ulent policy by Excellent Piyoyo
How can you allow *****ulent policies to be opened by one of your employees?
You are refusing to reimburse my sister her kids money which you *****ulently took without her consent!
The person who approved the policy could not see the loopholes?
Thanks to you, my sister is depressed!

30 May 2024, 15:59Dear Sithembile
Thank you for your additional comments, which have allowed us to trace the policy in question.
Please note that your sister previously instructed us to cancel the plan in her name. We processed the cancellation from inception date and advised her to submit refund requirements. These were only received today and we are in direct communication with her to arrange this refund.
She has also indicated that she doesn't have the relative that was insured on the plan, thereby indicating it may have been a ********** policy. We have asked her to submit the ***** investigation requirements.
We will revert directly to your sister in this regard.

Client Care Team.
