*****ulent policy
A policy was *****ulently opened using my details, without my knowledge or consent. I have emailed Metropolitan the affidavit they requested. I have been calling weekly, told that the issue is with forensics. There was no acknowledgement of receipt of my complain, there has been no update from Metropolitan.

Metropolitan has a zero-tolerance approach to ***** and thank you for reporting the matter to us.
Such an investigation unfortunately does take some time and we need to ensure we follow all the right processes in order to take the necessary action.
Please also bear in mind that it takes about two months for a deduction on one's salary to start/change or stop.
One of our Escalation Specialists will follow up with our Forensics team and hope to revert back to you soon.
