*****ulent on my Policy account . Education Future Plan

I am the member of Metropolitan life.with the Policy No *** Since year 2009. I've open the Education Future Plan for my Children which was the deduction on my Persal No ***8 Type of Insurance =Endowment smooth Bonus Entry Date. =1 December 2009 Maturity date. =1December 2024 Fund value. =R12256.50 Surrender Values. =11423 .55

Whilst I'm Paying amount of R921.75 monthly The maturity Value projection if it was Low Projection R 96446 High Projection R110693 So the problem comes when I pay a visit on Year 2022 to check up on this Policy I found out they Stop the Deduction without my signance .and they said it paid up with the amount of 8000 .00 . Which was not made by my self. What I want to quere here . how come I'm not even on the Suspension without pay . automatical transection stopped it self . I do suspect ***** on this Policy Ido need more clarification and my Child's Money as she is going to University....and she passed with Distinction .... I am Left stranded now. If you can do investigation .on this matter.
