Time wasters

<p>The 18th of July 2016 i visited metropolitan life offices in Maponya Mall soweto i was instructed to wait for 2 weeks for a notification sms to confirm that i can come process my claim indeed within 2 weeks i did recieve the sms and went back to metropolitan On the 2nd this month and completed the claim the said i should wait for 48 hours for the funds to be paid into my account up to now that hasnt been done and when i call the head office about this matter they tell me that they are still busy with other claims and clients of which my claim is already old news....im not happy with th service i am recieving from the HEAD OFFICE</p>
