They don't give a da...
They don't give a damn about our lates parents hustle n their heirs ,how can they pay to the deceased estate account or an attorney with our parents blood and sweats instead of looking for their heirs cos they were no beneficiary nominated U guys have to do something and look for yo consumers heirs instead of paying an attorney or the deceased estate account .. right now I can't gets funds due to this ******* attorneys ,now they tell me to do some queries with the reference no:*** so I seek an querie cos they say my late father's policy did not cover him 😅how so ?

We acknowledge receipt of your complaint on HelloPeter.
We are sorry to read of your disappointment with the distribution of your parent's policy proceeds.
Unfortunately, we cannot decide who is entitled to the policy proceeds and have to abide by the policy owner's wishes.
As such we have to pay to the nominated beneficiary on the policy. The only exception for this is if the beneficiary pre-deceases the policyholder, in which case, we have to pay the proceeds to the policy owner's estate.
It then becomes the executor's responsibility to distribute the proceeds of the entire estate to the heirs stipulated in the deceased's will.
We regret that we cannot be of further assistance.
