Thank you Metropolitan life

I would like to thank Refilwe Ramufhufhi and Nel from Metropolitan life and all who assisted.

I found myself this week in a very distressed situation with the passing of my father-in-law.

As a result of Covid a lot of delays took place from the notice of death and death certificate to the claim being processed. Luckily the claim was expidited and paid out a day before the funeral.

Words cannot express my greatfullness and appreciation for Refilwe and Nel. Apart from that we also encountered our electricity being off the whole day as a result of cable theft and our water pipe burst. All happening one day before the funeral.

Luckily the claim paid out just in a nick of time in order to get the municipality to assist with the electricity and also to get a plumber for the water pipes. Also we could pay for the transport, food and and all additional costs. Talk about having a bad turn of luck.

But luckily because of Refilwe and Nel's compassion and going the extra mile. All was sorted. A 1000 and more thank you's. May the same assistance and compassion you bestowed upon me, a stranger be returned to you ten fold. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart. Carol Jacobs
