I would like to thank a lady by the name of Xoliswa from Mthatha Plaza branch. Mam thank you so much for your assistance today. I am in Cape Town but you managed to call me to get the full details of what exactly they wanted to be assisted on. You went out of your way to help my elderly disabled father and my little brother who visited the branch. They were both so frustrated and were about to give up because they were not really sure on how to explain their visit to the branch, but you calmed them down and kindly assisted.
