I wrote a complaint on Hello Peter about my frustration with sorting out my Metropolitan Policies and I got a call within an hour from Metropolitan Complaints department.<br> Ms Mariza Schlusche from the Complaints department managed to help me and my problem was sorted out in less than 48 hours.<br> <br> Thank you for the prompt reply and for helping me sort out my Policies
