Terrible Service

I have never been so disgusted and disappointed in my life. I am working for the banking industry and called Metropolitan head office to ask to do confirmation of employment, I was transferred to their HR department and spoke to the worst person ever! His name is Gapel,he didn't even greet me and the guy was extremely rude,such people have no passion for service! I didn't think a company this big world hire such a person!! He needs to be trained and taught good manners.
