Surrendered Policy
I recently sent a request to surrender a policy, metropolitan does not give feedback at all. I have been following up from the 17th and till today I am getting different stories from the call center. Please advise on how far is my request to surrender cause I think 10 days of no concrete feedback is disappointing 😕
