Staff can do better
Staff need to be better informed about policy claims. All staff. If a staff member is not sure about their facts they must consult their manager before sending people away. But in the end it in worked out just fine just got misinformed in the beginning.

Thank you for raising your concern with our office.
We are glad to learn that you eventually received the correct information, but regret that initially you encountered difficulties.
Unfortunately the complaint you posted does not contain the policy number you had the difficulty with.
One of our Client Care Assessors will be contacting you for more information, so that we may take the training issue up with the manager of the person who did not assist you correctly at first point of contact.
