I’ve been getting this sms for all my Policies with you. And I sent an email asking about if it’s really from METROPOLITAN? And whoever that responded days later it’s like he/she didn’t read my email he/she just sent something that look like an automated reply requesting my Policy Details and Detailed Request what the hell is that? As I only wanted a Yes response that this is from Metropolitan or No reap that this is not from Metropolitan ignore it response.not back and forth reply.
